Riddle me this. What do you get everyday that you cannot keep, you cannot share it, you cannot sell it, and yet it is free for you to use? The answer is TIME. 86,400 seconds of it every day to be precise.
If you think about time as a bank account that is zeroed out everyday, wouldn’t you want to make sure you got the most value from every moment?
My suggestion to you is to look back on each hour of your day. Stop, think – was that the best use of your time? If you had to do it all over again, would you use your time in the same manner?
The idea is to consider time as a resource. A precious, limited resource. Limited because you don’t know how much time you have left, and you can never replace time from the past. We pass this way only once.
Consider your own time as valuable, and equally, consider the time of others that you spend time with. Do you best, and leave the rest.
Absolutely don’t take the time others share with you for granted.

それはどこにでもあって誰でも持っています。でもいくら持っているかはみんな知りません。また売る事も買う事も出来ません。
別の言い方をしてみましょう。みんなそれぞれの銀行に毎日86,400ずつ振り込まれます。引き出して使っても、そのまま放っておいても真夜中にはゼロになってしまい翌日に持ち越すことは出来ません。
そうです。『時間』です。人は皆1日86400秒持っています。実際には自由になる時間はもっと少ないですね。時間を無駄にしていませんか？ネットサーフィンの沼にハマったり、clubhouseのルームでついつい時間を過ごしたり。また時間を大切にしない、時間を守らない友だちに振り回されていませんか？
時間の有効活用をしようとマルチタスクをしようなんて、やめた方が良いです。非効率になるだけですから。
それよりも毎時間その前の1時間を上手に使えたか確認してみるのはどうでしょうか？ また同じ1時間を繰り返したいですか？ どうにかなると思っていても誰も助けてくれないのです。
偉そうなことは言いたく無いけれど、せっかくこのルームで時間を過ごしていただくのですから私は皆さんに何か役に立つ、ためになる時間をここで過ごしていただけたらと思っています。
